Asher’s ECPP Program Allows Students to Earn their Diploma and Pursue Career Training Simultaneously
Are you interested in career training but don’t have a high school diploma? Students who do not have a high school diploma or GED certificate have long faced a barrier in obtaining career training. At Asher College, it is our goal to make career training accessible to students from all walks of life- including students who have not graduated high school. Asher College offers a new program that empowers students to earn their high school diploma while enrolled in an Asher program. Now there is no reason to put off pursuing a better career; if you are interested in attending a career training school, but don’t have a high school diploma or GED, Asher can help! With Asher College’s new ECPP program, you can earn your high school diploma, and get started training for a great new career at the same time!
Asher’s Eligible Career Pathway Program (ECPP) opens the door to every student who wants to pursue career training, including those who have traditionally been left behind. Asher developed the ECPP program specifically for students who do not have a high school diploma or GED, but who wish to enroll in a college or career training program for which it is a requirement. Here’s how it works:
The ECPP program enables students to work towards their high school diploma, while being concurrently enrolled at Asher College. Asher works with accredited partners to enable you to earn your high school diploma while you make your career goals a reality. Students who enroll in the ECPP program will be enrolled in our partner program to complete their high school requirements and earn their diploma, while also enrolled in an Asher career training program. Students maintain enrollment in both programs and complete courses for both programs simultaneously, working to achieve both their high school diploma and complete their Asher certificate program at the same time.

Before enrollment, interested students must take and pass an independently-administered, Department of Education-approved Ability to Benefit Assessment.
