Asher College Las Vegas Grand Opening
Asher College Las Vegas Has a New Home!
Join Asher College for the official ribbon cutting on Tuesday, October 18 at 10:00 a.m. and see for yourself its bigger and better location! Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman is scheduled to participate in the ceremony.
The new campus boasts 15,000 square-feet of contemporary space and is located in central Las Vegas at 6029 West Charleston Boulevard (Corner of Charleston and Jones).
“Asher College Las Vegas opened its doors in 2011. Since then, the campus has continued to grow and its expansion has been long-awaited,” said David Vice, Asher College President.
The new campus is in an updated facility that allows for larger classrooms and additional lecture and meeting rooms. The centralized location is also significantly served by public transportation, providing easier access for students throughout the area.
“The new location will allow us to expand our programming and better accommodate our students, aligning with our mission of providing quality, market-driven education,” added Tom Bezek, Las Vegas Campus Director.
The space will also accommodate more community events and workshops and provide increased community interaction for Asher College students.
“Las Vegas is a networking community,” said Bill Zavatchin, Las Vegas Director of Career Services. “Being exposed to those contacts is very important, and the more our students can interact with the community, the greater opportunities for advancement and employment.”
“Many students are enthusiastic about this move and what it means for their education and careers,” said Bezek. “And that, after all, is what matters most.”
